| 4) Of all Albany and Carbon County Sales, approximately 95% were brokered by our firm during this period. More ranch sales completed by WUR in 2007 than any other real estate firm in Wyoming. In all years, only one firm has completed more sales the WUR overall in strictly ranch type sales. 2008 marks the begining of the recent down turn. |
